I’m so impressed with the quality of the products I have received
The communication was spot on. The delivery was spot on and it was packaged perfectly.
I purchased the 625 and the 330 with the stops and 1mm offset. The quality as I said is excellent and matches the quality of Festool products.
I recently chatted with a rep from Rockler USA who sell amazing add ons but the import tax is horrendous. They said they hadn’t got plans to expand into the UK and now to be fair, we don’t need them to anymore.
I’m loving this gear coming from the UK.

Outstanding solution well implemented with needed extras available. I'll note that the 625 bar perfectly spans the distance between the CSC SYS 50 and the extension support on the under frame and I highly recommend that length for that reason (no sag of the board to be cut during longer cross cuts; but you still need the material support plate for intermediate length items). I recommend that Bench Dog should advertise that feature/ability of the 625 (and even show a picture in their marketing materials). HOWEVER, my shipment came in 3 separate packages combined with other items and without instructions leaving me in doubt as to the use/purpose of some of the parts. Fortunately, I found a video back at the web site demonstrating how/why all the parts were installed and used. A quick, one page picture "instruction" would be tremendously helpful and should be attached to any of the parts if boxes separately. I could have ultimately figured it out myself I suppose but I hate that trial and error process with something new and the concern I don't have it right or don't appreciate all the features. C'mon guys... a single piece of paper???
