SHIPPING TO THE EU
Since the UK has left the EU, customs charges are now in place. Your own countries VAT and courier fees will be applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to pay these fees if ordered from our website.
Please note a refusal to pay customs charges will result in your order returning to us and your order refunded excluding any original shipping charges and other charges incurred. We do not charge UK VAT on orders to the EU.

ACCEPTANCE & RISK
When you receive you order, please check them as soon as possible, and, if possible, let us know within 7 days of receipt if there are any issues. Please keep all packaging until you are satisfied with the items. You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Goods which occurs after they have been delivered to you, unless there is a defect. Items that are damaged in transit this must be reported with in 30 days of dispatch date from Benchdogs, DHL or Royal Mail will not accept a claim after this time frame.
